Instructions (for number one):

• From the upper left hand blue part of the N to make the other red part, you would have to reflect the blue one up and then you rotate it from the right upper area of it and then reflect it one more time to make them line up with each other (and then you change it's colour to red).

• Keep rotating the left upper N right 90 degrees and you'll get it!
